Waiver of Participation – Terms & Conditions
I confirm that I’m at least 16 years old. I certify I’m in good health, and that I’m medically able and properly trained to participate in Cairo Marathon 2027.
I also agree to abide by all the Rules & Regulations as provided and as will be provided by The Organizer, including the right to deny or suspend my participation for any reason whatsoever. I also attest to abide by decisions relative to my ability to safely complete the event. I acknowledge that participating in Cairo Marathon 2027 is an activity that could cause injury or death.
Having read this waiver and knowing these facts, and in consideration of your accepting my participation, I waive Cairo Runners, Cairo Marathon 2027 and all its sponsors, representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in the race.
I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use my photographs, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
I confirm the refund policy: all tickets are non-refundable, and registration fees on the website are exclusive of 14% VAT.
Terms & Conditions
Tickets are non-refundable, except for a government declaration and the event gets postponed or cancelled.
Ticket prices on the website are excluding 14% VAT.
After buying your ticket, changing the distance is not applicable.
Your race ticket should only be collected during expo days; no tickets are delivered on race day.
Tickets can’t be sold or transferred to others.
Family Run tickets include 1 T-shirt, 2 Medals and 2 Race numbers for one adult and one child up to 8 years; a child older than 8 years is considered a separate ticket.
Ticket transfers are for extra fees.
